Hi all my readers. I am busy working on the second book in the Brides bound for Oregon series. Not sure what the title will be, but it follows Lottie, Esme and Avril from Fort Laramie to their ultimate destinations in Oregon, and the unknown “husbands” they will meet on their arrival.
I also have been working on my own book, one I wrote many years ago and just put away. It has only recently seen the light of day, and was put in digital form, from where I can update it and expand it with historical facts and events, layering the story into a much deeper and dimensional read. I am enjoying the lots of extra research needed to do this and am fascinated with the subject of 19th century American history of the settlement of the west.
